For the past 10 years I’ve been helping businesses design useful, intuitive and successful user center products and services.

I'm passionate about innovation, green tech and sustainability.

I value environments where open collaboration, transparency and honest communication are real.

My Natural Genius name is The Path-maker.

I recently did a training called Multipliers, based on Liz Wiseman’s book. If you read it you know what it is about, but it essentially describes how Multipliers are genius makers who bring out the intelligence of others, while on the other side, the Diminishers sit. It just made me look at myself and my impact in a different way and taught me to be more conscious and aware in my day to day work.

Name the Genius (that’s where the title comes from), is an activity from that training where a colleague gives you a name based on the questions below.

What do you do better than anything else?

I am able to bring clarity out of chaos. I can easily see through things and people, identify the missing pieces and tie the knots.

What do I do easily without effort or even awareness?

Translate complexity in simple words or visuals, but usually better with something visual :)

What do I do freely (without being specifically asked)?

I make plans, I organise and I clean clutter, both at work and in personal life. Is not for nothing that my partner calls me Meli Kondo :). I like looking at the big picture and select and use only what’s useful for a specific situation or moment in life.

Less is more is my motto for almost everything!
